Refund policy

Returns:

All sales are final. 


If items is misrepresented under any conditions we will make every attempt to fix or replace the item. 

Under this circumstance only, will our customers be allowed to return or exchange item. If customer chooses to return for a store credit, a refund will be given in full. If customer chooses to return item and receieve a refund to payment method provided at time of purchase, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and any delivery fees ( if applicable) will not be returned. Refunds will be given to form of payment method used at purchase only, any requests for cash or other form will be denied. 


Any cash purchases will be deemed all sales final and under no circumstances will returns be accepted. 


For items purchased and delivered through freight, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted. 

 

Hold Deposits:

After deposit has been made, we do not accept any returns or cancelations. Buyer will be considered owner after payment made and will be responsible for pickup or delivery of their purchased items. Buyer will be responsible for remaining payment of goods. If either arrangement is not made and after all attempts by High Line Furniture, goods will be deemed abandoned and deposit will not be refundable.
