Consignment Terms and Conditions:
All items must come from a smoke free home and show little to zero signs of wear. (We do not accept any pieces from cat homes due to allergies)
Items must have an original retail value of $500 + to be considered.
All items are currently kept for 120 days. We are not responsible for keeping track of your consignment. We will provide you with an update before consignment end date. Items not coordinated for pickup or requested to donate, after consignment end date, will become property of High Line Furniture.
An estimated price sheet is provided to our clients as a courtesy based off of our knowledge and experience. This is not a binding contract and we can not guarantee sales at any price.
We simply do not discount our products and accept best offers. If client requires, we will contact before any offers are accepted for sale. If items are received in any condition other than what we were informed, we reserve the right to lower or discount any piece. Please be honest about your items conditions as this saves time for everyone!
By consigning with us you agree to a 50/50 split.
A pickup fee may be charged based on item(s) location from store and/or amount of pieces consigned.
If you have any donation pieces, we will donate on your behalf at time of consignment pickup for an additional fee. Consignee will receive paperwork for tax write off on their behalf.
Buyouts Term and Conditions:
Most of the time we can offer a buyout offer without seeing the piece in person and will take our clients word on conditions etc.
Our buyout offers are based off original retail value, brand and condition. We also take into consideration the cost it will take to pickup items, length it may take to sell and style.
