We are thrilled you're here! At High Line, we offer consignment services as well as buyout offers. Please review our terms below.

To submit items for consignment/buyout simple send us a text at 480-939-3960 with photos and details of the items you'd like to consign. You may also email them to contactus@highlinefurniture.com

FAQs

We ask all of our consignees to manage their own contracts and end dates.

At the end of the contract, you will have a time period to pick up any of your unsold merchandise. If not picked up within 5 days of your contract end date OR other arrangements made with the store, will be become property of High Line Furniture.

There are also circumstances where we will offer contract extensions. This is an option that is discussed prior to end date, anywhere between an additional 30-90 days.

Prior to consignment you will receive an estimate price sheet with our starting price and our sales price. We simply accept best offers; if any offers are received less than our "sale price," we will contact the consignee prior to agreeing to sale.

A good "rule of thumb" is to notate sale price as 50% off starting price.

Simply send us photos either by text or email to contactus@highlinefurniture.com or via text at 480-939-3960. You can also share your mls listing or schedule a house call.

At the end of the contract you will receive a "consignment closeout" agreement. The closeout will indicate sold items and payment options. Upon signature, consignee will choose their preferred payout option.

For buyouts, all payouts are made within 72hours of drop off or pickup.

You have access to an online portal 24/7! Online portals are created using the email you signed your contract with. You will create your own password to login into your portal.

On your portal you will be able to see sold items, item pricing and your contract expiration date.

You can also submit items for our approval by attaching photos and information!

We take a 50% commission

Pickup costs start at $85 per hour for two men and a truck, this does not include drive time or unloading.

The moving company is a third party business and will need to be paid directly at time of pickup, no exceptions.

Meet Our Team:


Kelli Moore- Owner

Kelli began HLF in 2009 helping her mom's client sell brand name furniture, drawing on her experience selling high-end handbags and clothing on Ebay. With a keen eye for quality, she aimed to make luxury items accessible to everyone.

Assisting those in need and advocating for animals has forever been her ardor. She attained her ASU degree in Justice Studies with aspirations of becoming a lobbyist and acquiring a law degree.

Following graduation, High Line's success blossomed rapidly, evolving from a mere handful of storage units to its current brick-and-mortar establishments spanning over 15,000 sq ft, complemented by a nationwide online platform facilitating shipments across the nation.

She plans to continue HLF expansion and use the company success to give back to others in need by partnering with different Arizona charities. 

 

Lisa Valverde- Sales 

Lisa became a star sales associate at HLF in mid 2024. She operates her own cleaning business and is a new mom to her adorable baby boy Hayden who just turned one years old. 

Lisa is a great at ear-ing peoples' stories and always goes above and beyond for her clients. She also has a keen eye for taste and design.
